Our wine cellar is the result of the continuous study by the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Luca Luciani. The wine choice meets the most refined tastes and best matches the chefs’ dishes.

The choice of different labels, mainly national ones, is firmly guided by the principle of quality, a key condition for perfect harmony with each course.

In addition to technical, organic and biodynamic wines, we are committed to selecting wines produced by well-known companies, but also by small wineries that offer something new and unique.
